The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bahamonde displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hopo throws out the jab.

Hopo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hopo scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Bahamonde to see if he's OK.
Bahamonde avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Hopo.
