Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Apist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Muai Thai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Juan Muai Thai!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Sergei Dronov and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muai Thai fails in his attempt to clinch.
Muai Thai dives in and grabs Apist's left leg, looking for a takedown. Apist pushes down on Muai Thai's head and hops out.
Apist tries to clinch up.
Apist wants to clinch
and Muai Thai counters with a big head kick but Apist shrugs it off.
Apist tries to clinch but Muai Thai moves out of range.
Apist tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Muai Thai looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Apist fails in his attempt to clinch.

Muai Thai closes the distance and clinches.
Muai Thai tries to pull guard but Apist forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Oliver Apist has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Juan Muai Thai.
Muai Thai with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Apist is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Muai Thai pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Muai Thai fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Apist avoids it really well and circles away.

Muai Thai moves into the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Apist is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Muai Thai is defending well for now.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Muai Thai as Apist tries to tie him up.
Muai Thai tries to pull guard but Apist won't allow it.
Muai Thai is trying to pull guard but Apist has him pressed against the cage.
Muai Thai avoiding damage as Apist throws knees to the body.
Muai Thai drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Muai Thai has had enough of the clinch but Apist keeps him there for the moment.

Muai Thai avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Apist lands a big head kick that sends Muai Thai tumbling to the mat! Apist takes a step backwards and waves Muai Thai back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Muai Thai is rocked!

It looks like Juan Muai Thai has been cut.
Muai Thai steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Apist. That one must have hurt.
Muai Thai is still on wobbly legs! Can Apist finish him?
Apist is looking to clinch but Muai Thai is avoiding it.
Muai Thai circles away from the clinch attempt.
Apist wants to clinch.
Muai Thai seems to have recovered his senses.
Apist weaves into range and cracks Muai Thai right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Muai Thai goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Apist is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
