The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hilavitkutin works over Thorlongus's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Forrest Thorlongus has been cut.
Forrest Thorlongus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thorlongus misses with a takedown
and Hilavitkutin counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Thorlongus shoots for a takedown but Hilavitkutin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Thorlongus doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hilavitkutin counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Thorlongus off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Hilavitkutin follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Thorlongus was out before he hit the floor.
