Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Sampson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Sharow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sampson scores with a body shot.
Sharow looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Sampson drops Sharow with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Sharow looks back up at him and smiles so Sampson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Dan Sharow has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sampson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Sharow sprawling to the canvas! Sharow rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Sampson finish him?!

Sharow is rocked!

That has opened up Dan Sharow's cut even more.
Sampson looks to throw the jab but Sharow is out of range.

Sharow seems to have recovered his senses.
Sharow is aggressively charging in as Sampson backs up avoiding any damage. Sampson tosses out a jab and Sharow runs right into it face first! Sharow is out cold! Sampson dropped down on all fours and is barking in Sharow's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!
