PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jyrki Jyytti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalmus Srica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Srica has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Srica shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jyytti sprawls well. Jyytti wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Srica gets slowly back to his feet.
Srica looks gassed!
Jyytti looks to land a combination but Srica avoids it well.
Srica blocks a head kick by Jyytti.
Srica throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jyytti's waist but Jyytti gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Srica off to one side.
Jyytti looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Srica is fending him off so far but Jyytti persists. Nope, Srica circles away and we're back to standing.
Jyytti throws out a powerful jab.
Jyytti lands an overhand right.

It looks like Kalmus Srica has been cut.

Jyytti bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Jyytti trying to control the position but Srica is working away.

Jyytti stands up and beckons Srica to his feet.
Srica walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Jyytti! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
