Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomasz Adamek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kim Jong Dong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adamek comes to the cage accompanied by KSW. Jong Dong is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Aegukka. Tomasz Adamek looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kim Jong Dong!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Steve Erwin and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adamek throws a nice head kick!
Adamek shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jong Dong defends it nicely.
Jong Dong shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Adamek as he avoids it easily.
Jong Dong shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Adamek sprawls well. Adamek wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jong Dong gets slowly back to his feet.
Jong Dong shoots in looking for a takedown. Adamek tries to sprawl out of it but Jong Dong keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Adamek manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Tomasz Adamek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kim Jong Dong.
Jong Dong shoots in and gets a takedown into Adamek's guard.

Adamek working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jong Dong doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jong Dong manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jong Dong is working Adamek over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Jong Dong is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

It looks like Tomasz Adamek has been cut.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jong Dong accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Jong Dong is looking for a kimura but Adamek is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Jong Dong to get the leverage.

Adamek has hold of Jong Dong's hands but Jong Dong slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Adamek might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Jong Dong takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Jong Dong looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Jong Dong is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Adamek is hurt! He's hurt bad - Jong Dong fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Adamek from any more punishment! Congratulations to Jong Dong! Great finish!

Kim Jong Dong bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
