Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lord Of Grappling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronald Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ronald Coleman will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lord Of Grappling!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ronald Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman lands a really nice looking cross but Grappling seems unphased.
Coleman tries to clinch but Grappling moves away

and Grappling counters with a nice double leg into side control. Coleman won't be happy with that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
You can see the frustration on Coleman's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Grappling has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Coleman wants to control but Grappling postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Coleman closes the distance but Grappling moves to the side

and Grappling holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Grappling breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Coleman gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Grappling is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Coleman pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Coleman stalling in the clinch but Grappling improves position.

Coleman wants to get back to striking at distance but Grappling won't allow it.
Coleman throws a punch but it's blocked by Grappling.

Grappling breaks the clinch.

and Grappling counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Grappling can't get the takedown.

Coleman manages to break the clinch.
Coleman fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Grappling avoids it really well and circles away.
Coleman misses the jab.
Coleman looks gassed!
Grappling tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A punch combination from Grappling misses.
Coleman doesn't succeed with the takedown

so Grappling counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Coleman can't keep his opponent in guard - Grappling advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Grappling not doing much here.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Grappling uses his free foot to push down on Coleman's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Coleman.
Grappling controlling the pace for now.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Grappling seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Coleman for as long as he can get away with.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

We're going to have a standup here because Lord Of Grappling wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

Grappling moves into range and clinches up with Coleman.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lord Of Grappling dominated that round.
That's time! Grappling's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Coleman looks to clinch
and Coleman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Ronald Coleman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Coleman connects with a body shot that sends Grappling's belly button to the back.
Coleman tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Grappling manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Grappling moves into the clinch.
Coleman is trying to stall.
Coleman lands a left hand.
Coleman is trying to break the clinch but Grappling has him pressed against the cage.
Grappling is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.

Grappling has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Coleman clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Grappling just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

Lord Of Grappling has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Grappling throws a sloppy head kick and Coleman moves out of range easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Grappling closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Grappling escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Coleman tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Coleman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Grappling as he avoids it easily.
Coleman is breathing heavily.

Coleman gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Grappling to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Grappling seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Grappling slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Grappling remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Grappling in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Coleman is tapping! That's the end of the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Lord Of Grappling!
