And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Glen Money!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Money takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Money is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Money shoots in for a takedown but Yoshi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Yoshi tries to clinch there but Money circles away.
Yoshi wants to clinch up but Money keeps it at a distance.
Money will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Money shoots in for a double leg but Yoshi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Lee Yoshi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Glen Money.
Yoshi's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Yoshi duly obliges.

Money shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Yoshi but Yoshi pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Yoshi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Money moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Money uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Horrible takedown by Money or perhaps it was just good defense by Yoshi which made him look bad.
Yoshi paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Yoshi jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Yoshi lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Yoshi.
Glen Money seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Money shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Yoshi pinned against the cage. Yoshi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Yoshi leaves Money with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Money showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Yoshi.
Money fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Yoshi avoids it really well and circles away.
Yoshi connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Money momentarily.
Yoshi lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Money shoots for a takedown but Yoshi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Yoshi throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Yoshi misses the jab.

Money slips a jab and a cross from Yoshi.
Money fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Yoshi scores with a leg kick.
Yoshi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Yoshi tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Yoshi fails with an attempt to clinch.
Yoshi lands with a straight right. Money didn't see that one coming.
Money closes this distance looking for a takedown but Yoshi circles away.
Money moves forwards but Yoshi connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Money on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Nice straight punches there by Yoshi. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Yoshi.
Money looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Money ducks under a wild hook from Yoshi.

Yoshi dips to his left and cracks Money with an uppercut!
Some wild striking there from Yoshi.
Money shoots in but no luck this time.
Money is trying desperately to land a takedown but Yoshi is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Money.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Yoshi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Yoshi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Money doesn't seem bothered though.
Lee Yoshi is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Yoshi fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Yoshi lands with a nice combination. Money backs away looking to recover.

Yoshi forces Money back against the cage and clinches.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Money has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Yoshi avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Yoshi breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Yoshi throws a right and a left that Money avoids nicely.
Good shot there by Yoshi.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lee Yoshi dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Money shoots in looking for a takedown. Yoshi tries to sprawl out of it but Money keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Yoshi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Money counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Yoshi!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Money looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Money avoids the attempt from Yoshi to control.
Money is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Yoshi is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Money has taken his back.
