Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Trevor Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gusandall Ingunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ingunn has chosen Darkcore as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Gusandall Ingunn enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Trevor Barnes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gusandall Ingunn!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Barnes gets the takedown into side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ingunn can do anything to dispel that myth.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Barnes wants to control but Ingunn is keeping him busy.
The strikes coming from Barnes are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Barnes has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ingunn takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Barnes is looking to take a break and control but Ingunn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Barnes tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Barnes is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Ingunn is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Barnes tries to move into full mount but can't pass Ingunn's legs.
Barnes is looking to take a break and control but Ingunn is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Barnes throwing shots but missing, from side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Ingunn struggling a bit here.

Barnes has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Ingunn is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Barnes yanks on the arm and Ingunn is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Barnes.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Trevor Barnes!
A less than humble Trevor Barnes misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
