Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Randjob Jiu Jitsu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hard Levenstein!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiu Jitsu displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Levenstein.
Levenstein misses with a body kick.
Jiu Jitsu is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Levenstein keeps the fight on the outside.
Levenstein fails with a takedown attempt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Jiu Jitsu enables Levenstein to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jiu Jitsu manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Levenstein trying to control the position from guard on top but Jiu Jitsu is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Jiu Jitsu had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Levenstein defends it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Levenstein throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Jiu Jitsu is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Jiu Jitsu has his foot on Levenstein's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Levenstein works his way back into a safe position though.
Levenstein tries to free his leg and advance position but Jiu Jitsu is retaining full guard.
Levenstein postures up in Jiu Jitsu's guard and throws a big left but Jiu Jitsu blocks it.

Jiu Jitsu working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Levenstein doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Jiu Jitsu is tightening it up a little... Levenstein has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Levenstein reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Levenstein taps out! Nice BJJ there by Jiu Jitsu!
