Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Danielos Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee comes to the cage accompanied by never back down. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Danielos Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Nathan Steel!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Richard Clark and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel tries to bum rush Lee with a series of wild strikes but Lee uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Lee changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Steel tries to avoid it but Lee manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Steel to the ground. Steel escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Lee loads up on a big right hand but Steel slips the punch.
Danielos Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steel misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lee tries a head kick but it misses.
Steel takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Lee throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Steel's head.

Lee closes this distance looking for a takedown but Steel circles away.

Steel stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Steel wants it to stay on the feet.

Lee dives in and grabs Steel's left leg, looking for a takedown. Steel pushes down on Lee's head and hops out.
Steel dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lee. That did some damage!

and Steel counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Lee is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Steel lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Steel connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Lee throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Steel's waist but Steel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lee off to one side.
Steel lands with a slapping head kick.

and Steel counters with a series of strikes. Lee will be more careful next time no doubt.
Steel lands a glancing blow to the side of Lee's head.

Steel thuds his right hand into Lee's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Steel lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Steel.

Steel takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Nice sprawl there from Steel as Lee shoots in.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Lee.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Lee. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Lee misses with a looping right.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lee crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Steel - the referee stops the clock and Lee gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Steel. Lee manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Steel stuffs the takedown attempt from Lee. Lee gets slowly back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Steel fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
No joy there for Steel, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lee jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Steel is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Steel and Lee has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Lee goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Steel has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Lee but great work by Steel.

Steel throws a right and a left that both miss.
Some wild striking there from Steel.

Lee lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

and Lee takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Steel lunges at Lee with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Lee's hand.
Horrible takedown by Lee or perhaps it was just good defense by Steel which made him look bad.
Steel bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Lee's head backwards.

Steel swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Lee shoots in looking for a takedown but Steel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lee's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Lee shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Steel pinned against the cage. Steel gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Steel lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Steel rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lee moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Steel scores with a one two! Lee had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Nathan Steel is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Steel shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Lee eats them both and turns towards Steel to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

I would just about give that final round to Nathan Steel.
I've got Steel winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
