Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vedin Sirovica (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Wesley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sirovica's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, If you think I'm sexy. The crowd seem to be enjoying Wesley's choice of entrance music: AC/DC - Thunderstruck. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ryan Wesley was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wesley misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sirovica takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Wesley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sirovica sprawls well. Sirovica wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Wesley gets slowly back to his feet.
Sirovica tries to bum rush Wesley with a series of wild strikes but Wesley uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Wesley scores with a head kick. Sirovica tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Vedin Sirovica has been cut.
Wesley feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sirovica's calf.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Wesley throws a head kick but Sirovica moves out of range.
Wesley throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Sirovica rushes Wesley and presses him up against the cage.
Sirovica has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Wesley avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Wesley wants to get back to striking at distance but Sirovica won't allow it.

Sirovica breaks the clinch.
Sirovica lands a leg kick that knocks Wesley off balance momentarily.
Sirovica misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Sirovica keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Wesley.
Wesley is looking to clinch.
Sirovica blocks a head kick by Wesley.

Sirovica closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Wesley's guard.

Wesley is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Sirovica breaks the clinch.
Sirovica tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Wesley manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Sirovica throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Wesley tries to keep at a distance but Sirovica has taken the fight into the clinch.
Wesley looking for a takedown.

Sirovica pulls guard successfully.
Sirovica is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Wesley trying to control the position from guard on top but Sirovica is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sirovica avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Wesley wants to control from the top but Sirovica keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sirovica looking for a sweep. Not yet Sirovica, not yet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Wesley postures up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Sirovica moves out of range of the strikes.
Wesley is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Sirovica keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Sirovica lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sirovica.
Sirovica throws a series of punches but Wesley moves out of range.
A big left from Wesley misses.
Wesley lands a brutal head kick. Sirovica looks out on his feet and Wesley throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
