Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dejan Simunic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Paulson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simunic has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Robert Paulson!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simunic takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Paulson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Simunic misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Simunic is breathing heavily.
Simunic has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Simunic there as he acknowledges the shot.
Simunic is rocked!
Simunic throws a series of punches but Paulson moves out of range.
Oh Simunic is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Paulson scores with a jab to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Paulson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Simunic sprawling to the canvas! Simunic rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Paulson finish him?!
Paulson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Paulson lands a jab to the nose.
Paulson fakes the body blow, causing Simunic to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Simunic goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Robert Paulson!
