Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Marko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rickson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marko comes to the cage accompanied by Get Back - Ludacris. Silva is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by system of a down - violent pornography. Both fighters look pumped up here. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marko fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Silva checks it well.

Marko takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

It looks like Rickson Silva has been cut.

Marko can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Silva controls the pace.

Silva postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Marko is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Silva, into his guard.

Cain Marko is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Marko will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Silva is looking for a sweep. Marko is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Cain Marko.
Well Marko has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
