Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kull Conan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Money (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Travis Money is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kull Conan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Travis Money!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Money blocks a head kick by Conan.

Conan throws a hook to the side of Money's head but Money sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Conan striking off his back but it's not causing Money any problems.

Money gets to his feet - Conan follows without any prompting.
Conan uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Money has time to react.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Conan cracks Money with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Conan throws a right hand that Money ducks under and follows up with a left that Money also avoids with ease.

Conan fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Money sprawls well initially but Conan persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Money moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Conan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Conan has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Conan sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Money's guard.

It looks like Travis Money has been cut.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Money enables Conan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Money manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Conan slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Conan throws an elbow that misses. Money uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Conan's guard. Nice move by Money!

Conan is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Money's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Money's back!

I really don't envy Money right now.
Money tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Conan takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
