Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Shane Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Austin Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simmons comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Nightmare kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Austin Simmons!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Simmons throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Green's waist but Green gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Simmons off to one side.
Green moves in looking to clinch but Simmons pushes him off.
Green leaves Simmons with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Simmons takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Simmons shoots for a double leg takedown but Green sprawls well. He's pushed Simmons's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Shane Green has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Austin Simmons.
Simmons fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Green to the ground. Simmons is now in Green's guard.
Simmons stops Green from standing up.
Simmons trying to control the position from guard on top but Green is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Simmons postures up in Green's guard and throws a big left but Green blocks it.
Green is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Green is looking to stand up but Simmons isn't so interested in that idea.
Green trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Simmons gets to his feet - Green follows without any prompting.
Green throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Simmons's waist but Simmons gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Green off to one side.
Green shoots in looking for a takedown but Simmons manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Green's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Green is breathing heavily.
Simmons shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Green as he avoids it easily.
Simmons shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Green but Green pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Green lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Green drives through and clinches with Simmons against the cage.
Simmons drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Green gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Green stalling the fight.
Simmons takes an elbow to the temple.
Green with a knee to the head.
Simmons goes for a takedown attempt but Green pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Green throws a sloppy head kick and Simmons moves out of range easily.
Green fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Simmons, pushing him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Simmons is fighting off a takedown attempt but Green is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Simmons to the mat. Simmons regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Green wants to stand but Simmons is controlling his posture from full guard.
Simmons has Green pulled in close to control his posture.
Simmons working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Green.
Simmons has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Green off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Green moves into the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Green.
A frustrated look appears on Green's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Green lands an elbow inside that Simmons shrugs off.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Green breaks the clinch.
Green moves into the clinch successfully.
Green escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Green swats away the attempt to clinch by Simmons.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Green turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Green shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Simmons sprawls well. Simmons wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Green gets slowly back to his feet.
Green closes the distance and clinches up with Simmons, looking for a takedown. Green pushes Simmons against the cage but Simmons circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Green tries to close the distance and clinch but Simmons swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Horrible takedown by Simmons or perhaps it was just good defense by Green which made him look bad.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shane Green dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Green dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Green tries to close the distance and clinch but Simmons swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Green closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Green lands a good knee to the midsection. Simmons won't want to take too many of those.
Simmons is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Green has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Simmons avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Simmons tries for a takedown. No joy.
Green misses with a knee strike.
Green creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Simmons's defenses.

Simmons is looking for a takedown.

Green will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Simmons up against the cage.

Green is trying to push Simmons away but Simmons has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Simmons is trying to pull guard but Green has him pressed against the cage.

Green wants to stand up but Simmons is controlling him.
Green can't keep his opponent in guard - Simmons advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Green wants to get back to full guard but Simmons has passed into side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Simmons lands some shots froms side control.
Green might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Green is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Simmons has hold of Green's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Green seems comfortable defending it but Simmons has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Green is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Green is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Simmons couldn't care less - he's delighted!
