Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Frank (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd Mayweather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Max Frank!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Floyd Mayweather!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayweather misses with a takedown attempt

and Frank decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mayweather's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Frank postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Frank has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Mayweather being controlled here, momentarily.
Frank tries to free his leg and advance position but Mayweather is retaining full guard.
Frank content to stall in guard here.
Frank works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Frank is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Mayweather has managed to free his arm - good work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Frank's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Frank fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mayweather, pushing him back against the cage.

Frank tightens his grip and picks Mayweather up, before dumping him to the ground. Mayweather manages to land in guard.

Frank slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Frank tries to free his leg and advance position but Mayweather is retaining full guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Frank is looking for a takedown.
Frank tries to work over Mayweather's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Frank tries a body shot but Mayweather blocks it.
Mayweather lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Frank misses with a punch to the body.
Mayweather misses with a short punch on the inside.
Mayweather is looking to control Frank's arms but Frank gets an underhook and turns him. Now Mayweather has his back to the cage.
Mayweather misses with some punches.

Nice body punch from Mayweather - that landed with a thud.
Frank trying to land knees to the body.

Frank's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mayweather with a poor takedown

and Frank counters with a single leg into guard. Mayweather didn't expect that.

Frank advances position into side control!
Frank tries to advance to mount but Mayweather denies him.
Frank is staying tight to Mayweather's torso, preventing him from escaping.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Mayweather is trying to control Frank's posture but Frank avoids it.
Frank grinds an elbow into Mayweather's temple.
A lull in the action here as Frank stalls from top position.
Frank has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Frank's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The referee asks Frank politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Frank prefers to stall for the moment though.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


Frank fails with an attempt to clinch.
Mayweather with a lazy takedown attempt

and Frank counters with a shoot takedown. Mayweather fights it but they end up in guard.
Frank engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Frank stands and throws Mayweather's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Max Frank overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Frank controls the position.
Frank seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mayweather for as long as he can get away with.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Floyd Mayweather has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Max Frank is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Mayweather throws a punch but it's blocked by Frank.

Frank looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Mayweather!

Well Frank has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Max Frank spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a big arrogant.
