Jefferson closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into HurmoKultakala's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
HurmoKultakala looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
HurmoKultakala has his foot on Jefferson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jefferson works his way back into a safe position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jefferson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Jefferson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
HurmoKultakala working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jefferson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but HurmoKultakala is tightening it up a little... Jefferson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Jefferson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Jefferson taps out! Nice BJJ there by HurmoKultakala!
