Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sean Alexander!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexander fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Alexander looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Kilbane shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Alexander is in trouble now - Kilbane has advanced to mount!
Kilbane lands with some strikes.

Kilbane has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kilbane looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Alexander is bucking up trying to escape but Kilbane cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Kilbane seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Alexander for as long as he can get away with.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Paul Kilbane just wasn't active enough.

Kilbane jumps guard and drags Alexander to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Kilbane is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Kilbane looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
