Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Goran Sablich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Fitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitch throws a sloppy head kick and Sablich moves out of range easily.

Sablich shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fitch's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Sablich is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Sablich might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Fitch looking for a sweep. Not yet Fitch, not yet.

Fitch has his foot on Sablich's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sablich works his way back into a safe position though.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Goran Sablich.

Sablich misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Sablich tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fitch swats him away and circles back towards the center.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Sablich enables Fitch to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Sablich manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Fitch lands a couple of decent looking shots.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Goran Sablich just wasn't active enough.

Sablich gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Sablich working for a triangle but Fitch defends it easily.
Fitch stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sablich swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Sablich is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Fitch rolls with it to try and escape but Sablich cranks on the arm and Fitch is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
