The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wheeler thows a body shot but no joy.
McNamara swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McNamara throws a combination. Wheeler tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
The fighters circling - Wheeler throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
A cross from Wheeler lands.
Wheeler misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McNamara slips a jab from Wheeler.
A looping hook to the body misses from Wheeler. McNamara does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wheeler throws out a loose jab but McNamara uses good head movement to avoid it.
Wheeler stuns McNamara with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Wheeler misses with an uppercut. McNamara saw that one coming.
Wheeler misses with a looping right.
McNamara takes a shot to the body in his stride.
McNamara is breathing heavily.

Wheeler steps into range and cracks McNamara with a monster punch that buckles his knees! McNamara flops backwards and Wheeler dives into his guard looking to finish!

McNamara is rocked!

It looks like Sean McNamara has been cut.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Wheeler loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Oh McNamara is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Wheeler gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Wheeler throws an overhand right that has McNamara reeling! Wheeler follows up with more punches and McNamara is out cold! This one is all over!
