Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kryllum Skullfly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Skullfly has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Kryllum Skullfly has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skullfly is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Skullfly tries for a takedown but Mason sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Mason tries to land a front kick but Skullfly steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Skullfly fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mason avoids it really well and circles away.

Skullfly changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mason tries to avoid it but Skullfly manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mason to the ground. Mason escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Mason is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Mason jumps guard and drags Skullfly to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mason working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Skullfly doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Skullfly manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Well Mason has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
