The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter throws a leg kick but Crim moved away.
Carter slips a straight right by Crim.
Carter is looking to clinch.

Crim uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Carter.
Carter throws a right hand that Crim ducks under and follows up with a left that Crim also avoids with ease.

Carter tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Crim is able to avoid easily.
Crim throws a series of punches but Carter avoids them all with ease.

Carter throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Carter fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Crim is out of range.

Carter closes the distance and clinches.

Carter lands a hook that snaps the head of Crim backwards.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Carter.
Crim works on Carter's body with a couple of short punches.
Crim lands with a short shot to the head.
Crim is trying to break the clinch but Carter is controlling him.
Crim goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Crim throws a head punch that misses.
Crim doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Crim is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Carter pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Carter lands a hook to the side of the head.
Crim misses with a body punch.
A head punch on the inside from Crim fails to land.
Crim lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Crim tries a body shot but Carter blocks it.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Carter can't find room to land a body shot as Crim controls the action.
A right handed body shot lands from Carter.
Carter is trying to break the clinch but Crim has him pressed against the cage.
Crim drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Carter gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Crim misses with the head strike.

Carter blocks an uppercut.
Crim misses with some punches.
Crim is trying to maintain a safe position but Carter gets an underhook and turns Crim into the cage.
Crim working aggressively here.
Crim misses with some punches.
Crim throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Carters head.
Crim lands a body shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Carter's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Crim swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Crim wants a takedown but no success here.
Sue Carter has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rudell Crim.
Crim lands on the inside with an uppercut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Carter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Crim lands with a shot to the body.
Carter dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Crim. That did some damage!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sue Carter dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Crim blocks the body kick.

Carter drops Crim with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Crim looks back up at him and smiles so Carter waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Rudell Crim has been cut.
Carter cracks Crim with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Crim tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Carter pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Crim is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
