Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Diego Sanchesz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mase Rushing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Diego Sanchesz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mase Rushing!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rushing shoots for a takedown but Sanchesz saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Sanchesz moves into the clinch successfully.
Sanchesz scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Rushing tries to pull guard but Sanchesz won't allow it.

Rushing ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Rushing no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Sanchesz wants to stand and escape but instead Rushing has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Sanchesz keeping moving, preventing Rushing from controlling successfully.
Sanchesz wants to stand up but Rushing is controlling him.

Sanchesz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rushing on the ground.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Mase Rushing hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Diego Sanchesz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mase Rushing.
Sanchesz will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Rushing up against the cage.
Sanchesz seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.

Sanchesz got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rushing has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sanchesz has managed to get both his arms back between Rushing's legs - danger averted.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Sanchesz takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
