Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jayar Velasquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and So Nasty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Velasquez might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to FIGHT TO DEATH. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jayar Velasquez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, So Nasty!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Velasquez moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Nasty gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Nasty fails with a takedown attempt.
Velasquez misses with a two punch combination.
Velasquez lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Velasquez throws a combination. Nasty tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A jab-cross combination lands for Nasty and sends Velasquez crashing to the mat! Nasty follows him down to the mat - Velasquez regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

It looks like Jayar Velasquez has been cut.
Nasty is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Nasty punishing his opponent with strikes.

Velasquez is rocked!
Velasquez could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Nasty looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Nasty is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Velasquez is surviving well by controlling Nasty's body position as best he can.
Nasty has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Velasquez is looking to get to half guard.

Nasty lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Velasquez hang on?
Nasty loads up with a big shot that hurts Velasquez! He's pulled Nasty in close but Nasty has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Velasquez survive? More strikes from Nasty and Velasquez is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
