Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarek Thrun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Capone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Capone swinging wildly here.
Capone connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Thrun dodges the punch combination from Capone.
A jab lands there for Thrun.
Capone misses with a series of wild punches.
Thrun moves away from the strike by Capone.
Capone lands with a straight right. Thrun didn't see that one coming.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Capone throws a hook but Thrun avoids it easily.
Capone throws a series of punches but Thrun moves out of range.
Tim Capone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Capone showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Thrun.
Thrun throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Thrun connects with a body shot.
Capone walks into a straight right hand from Thrun.

Thrun ducks straight into an uppercut from Capone and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Thrun manages to regain guard straight away.

Thrun is rocked!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Thrun is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Oh Thrun is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Thrun manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Capone manages to get himself to full guard.
Thrun seems to have got his legs back now.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Capone can do anything to dispel that myth.

Thrun thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Capone is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Capone keeping moving, preventing Thrun from controlling successfully.
Thrun slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Thrun prevents Capone from getting back to his feet.

Thrun pushing down on Capone's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Thrun is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Capone is just riding it out for now. Thrun eventually gives up the hold.
Thrun is trying to control the action in half guard but Capone is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Thrun works his way into side control.
Capone tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Capone is trying to get back to his feet but Thrun has full control of the position and if anything, Capone has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Capone won't enjoy being in this position. Thrun looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Capone is tapping - it's over boys! Thrun picks up the submission victory!

A very excited looking Jarek Thrun rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
