Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergey Abramov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruslan Kalinin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalinin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Abramov with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Kalinin should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Abramov has Kalinin up against the cage in a clinch.
Kalinin is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Abramov gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Kalinin has Abramov pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Abramov manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Sergey Abramov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ruslan Kalinin.
Kalinin changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Abramov fights it off and pushes away nicely.
A nice inside leg kick there by Abramov. That's going to slow Kalinin down.
Kalinin shoots in looking for a takedown but Abramov manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kalinin's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Abramov displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kalinin.

Abramov shoots in and bounces Kalinin off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Abramov has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Abramov is sitting in close to Kalinin's body. Kalinin has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Abramov is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Abramov is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Kalinin.
