Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steven Stepp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stepp's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Wherever I May Roam . Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Dean Morris enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dean Morris!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morris has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Stepp finds it's way round the side to connect with Morris's head.
Stepp keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.


It looks like Dean Morris has been cut.
Stepp scores with a three punch combo!
Morris on the wrong end of a nice hook.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Stepp breaks the clinch.
Stepp lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Stepp fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Morris on the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Stepp uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Morris.
Stepp connects with a good right hand that stumbles Morris. Morris circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Stepp lands a jab.

Stepp clinches up against the cage.
Stepp lands with a light punch inside.
Morris has Stepp pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Stepp manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Stepp's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Stepp keeps the fight on the outside.

and Stepp counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Morris has momentary wrist control but Stepp slips an elbow through the middle.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stepp postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Stepp throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Morris works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Stepp is looking to work some ground and pound but Morris has wrist control.
Morris keeping moving, preventing Stepp from controlling successfully.

Stepp tries to free his leg and advance position but Morris is retaining full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stepp is in close to Morris's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stepp connects with a couple of short punches.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Stepp's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Stepp's jab looks to have found its range, popping Morris under the eye.
Dean Morris is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Good standup being displayed there by Stepp as he connects with a hook.

Stepp changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Morris looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Stepp cracks Morris with a big right hand but Morris just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Stepp lands a huge shot from side control! Morris is out cold! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Steven Stepp!
After winning the bout, Steven Stepp thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
