The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGrady stalks Che Che and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Che Che's face. Che Che staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Boozella Che Che has been cut.
McGrady is looking to clinch but Che Che is avoiding it.

Che Che closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming McGrady to the mat! McGrady manages to get full guard.
McGrady is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Che Che is controlling him.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Che Che slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Che Che distracts McGrady with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Che Che has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

A momentary lapse in concentration from McGrady enables Che Che to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. McGrady manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
