Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dusty Rhodes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Grendel Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dusty Rhodes could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Grendel Snow's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snow with a lazy takedown attempt
and Rhodes makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Rhodes is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Snow jumps into side control!

That was a close round but I would say that Dusty Rhodes will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Snow has his takedown stuffed
and Rhodes counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Snow tries to clinch but Rhodes is having none of it.
Snow misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Snow finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Snow.
Some bone on bone action there as Rhodes checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Rhodes closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Rhodes lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Rhodes winds up and cracks Snow with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Snow is rocked!
Rhodes lands a big elbow - Snow is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Rhodes!
