The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greasy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Waters defends it nicely.
Greasy fails to land the takedown.
Nice sprawl there from Waters as Greasy shoots in.
Derek Waters has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Friction Greasy.
Waters stuffs the takedown.
Waters connects with a solid leg kick.
Greasy takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Greasy dives in and grabs Waters's left leg, looking for a takedown. Waters pushes down on Greasy's head and hops out.
Greasy shoots in and drives through. Waters sprawls well.
Waters wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Greasy looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Waters is fending him off so far but Greasy persists. Nope, Waters circles away and we're back to standing.
Greasy shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Waters as he avoids it easily.
Greasy looks gassed!

Waters with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Waters feints and then cracks Greasy's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Greasy down.
Waters throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Greasy crashing down! Greasy tries to stagger back to his feet but Waters just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Greasy asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
