Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cody Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kron Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen The Bravery - time won't let me go as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee closes the distance and lands a one-two.

Gracie throws a leg kick but Lee checks it.
Lee tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Gracie is able to avoid easily.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Cody Lee wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Lee throws a leg kick that misses.
Lee avoids the head kick by Gracie.
Lee scores with a crisp jab that stopped Gracie in his tracks.
Lee doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Gracie gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Lee would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Good work by Gracie as he checks the leg kick.
Gracie dives in and grabs Lee's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lee pushes down on Gracie's head and hops out.
Gracie takes one to the chin there.

Gracie shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lee manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Lee can't keep his opponent in guard - Gracie advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Gracie is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Gracie is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Lee is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
