The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hearts jabs Komota right on the nose. Komota blinks but takes it well.
Komota throws a body punch but Hearts moves out of range.

Komota throws a lazy right hand but Hearts sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Hearts throws a hook to the side of Komota's head but Komota sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Komota steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hearts.

Komota throws a shot from downtown. Hearts moves away and avoids it.
Hearts scores with a jab to the body.
A slapping leg kick lands for Komota.

Komota throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
The crowd cheers as Komota lands an impressive looking overhand right. Hearts doesn't seem phased though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hearts looks to land a combination. Komota sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Susumo Komota has been cut.
Susumo Komota seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hearts postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Komota badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Hearts around the waist but Hearts pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Hearts is the winner by TKO! Hearts jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

A J Hearts really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Steel Penn's Skin Shop *laundry 93% logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
