Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James's corner calls for a 1-2. James obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
James throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hernandez on the side of the head.
James throws a leg kick which misses Hernandez's front leg but catches the back leg as Hernandez tries to avoid it.
James closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
James lands a right hand that snaps the head of Hernandez backwards.
James trying to control the position but instead, Hernandez has worked for underhooks and has pushed James into the cage.
James seems frustrated at his inability to get double underhooks.
Hernandez wants to get back to striking at distance but James won't allow it.
Hernandez breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
James explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

No joy there for James, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Hernandez moves out of range as James throws a body kick.

Hernandez circles away from the clinch attempt.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts James, as that shot connected.
Hernandez misses with a jab, cross combination.
James fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hernandez has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
James feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hernandez's calf.
James moves in looking to clinch but Hernandez pushes him off.
Hernandez misses with a looping right.
James with a nice cross.
Toni Hernandez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from James is defended easily by Hernandez.
James takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
James moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Hernandez lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Hernandez tests James's chin there with a solid looking shot.
James tries to clinch but Hernandez is having none of it.
James throws a quick inside leg kick.
James finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
James lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hernandez at a distance.
James throws a solid leg kick but Hernandez takes the impact on his shin and smiles at James.
James cracks the inside of Hernandez's front leg.

The fighters circle momentarily. Hernandez darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
James fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hernandez on the side of the head.
Hernandez defending well as James loads up on a big left hand.
James throws a low kick but Hernandez moves out of range easily.
James tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hernandez swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hernandez cracks James with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Nice sprawl there from Hernandez as James shoots in.
Hernandez just misses with a punch to the body.
Hernandez connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between James's hands.
James takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
James uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Hernandez displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as James throws out the jab.
James fails in his attempt to clinch.
James fails to land the takedown.
Toni Hernandez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jesse James.

Hernandez is looking to slow James down with leg kicks.

James misses with a low kick as Hernandez jumps back.
James shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
James thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
James throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Hernandez because James loaded up on that one.
James has control of Hernandez's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Hernandez regains control of the situation pretty easily.
James throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jesse James dominated that round.
That's time! Hernandez's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Hernandez throws a series of punches but James avoids them all with ease.
James shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hernandez misses with an attempted mid kick.
James drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
James has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
A decent looking cross lands there for Hernandez.
Hernandez connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
James connects with an inside leg kick.
James ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

James throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Hernandez rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but James moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

James lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
James moves out of range of the strikes.

Hernandez connects with a right hand. James shakes it off.
James is rocked!
Hernandez drops James with a straight right hand, right on the button! Hernandez follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
