Marshall's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Rotten Apple -- Alice in Chains. Bloodedge has chosen Rebellion as his entrance music. Doug Marshall has the better chin. And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marshall takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Marshall lands with a nice body punch.
Bloodedge moves in looking to clinch but Marshall pushes him off.
A slapping leg kick lands for Marshall.
Doug Marshall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marshall avoids the head kick by Bloodedge.
Marshall feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Bloodedges jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Bloodedge steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Marshall. That one must have hurt.
Marshall moves out of range of the body kick from Bloodedge.
Marshall scoring well with a low kick there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Marshall throws a leg kick that misses.
Bloodedge shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Bloodedge takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Bloodedge throws a wild body kick that Marshall sees coming a mile off.
Bloodedge on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Bloodedge throws a front kick aimed at Marshall's knee but Marshall avoids it well.
That kick from Marshall tenderised Bloodedge's leg. Bloodedge is trying to keep his angry face on.
Marshall missing with a left hand there. Bloodedge was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Marshall cracks the inside of Bloodedge's front leg.
Bloodedge throws a head kick but Marshall moves out of range.
Marshall throws a shot to the body.

Bloodedge takes one to the chin there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bloodedge tries to clinch up but Marshall circles away and keeps his distance.
A nice leg kick lands there from Marshall.
Marshall avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Marshall moves into range and connects with a jab.
Marshall lands a lovely overhand right.
Bloodedge misses with a body kick.
Bloodedge cracks the inside of Marshall's front leg.
Marshall thuds a left hand into Bloodedge's body.

Bloodedge throws a wild body kick that Marshall sees coming a mile off.
Bloodedge throws a head kick that misses.
Marshall shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bloodedge eats them both and turns towards Marshall to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Bloodedge lands with a right hand.
Bloodedge takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Bloodedge is rocked!
Bloodedge on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Bloodedge is still on wobbly legs! Can Marshall finish him?
Bloodedge looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
BAM! Marshall delivers a spinning backfist that drops Bloodedge like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
