Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Lindquist!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jurgen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lindquist avoids it really well and circles away.
Lindquist with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Lindquist looks to land a left hand but Jurgen moved out of range nicely.
Lindquist connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Lindquist uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jurgen.
Jurgen takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Lindquist avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Lindquist connects with a looping right hand.
Jurgen walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Lindquist checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Lindquist dips to his left and cracks Jurgen with an uppercut!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jurgen wants to clinch up but Lindquist keeps it at a distance.

A telegraphed right hand from Lindquist misses the target.

Lindquist takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Lindquist walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Jurgen checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Lindquist has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Lindquist bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Jurgen connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Jurgen tries to close the distance and clinch but Lindquist swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Jurgen slips a jab from Lindquist.
Lindquist steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jurgen.
Lindquist is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Jurgen had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Lindquist counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Lindquist misses with a leg kick
and Jurgen counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Jurgen blocks a low kick nicely.

Nice combo by Jurgen! Oh, that's hurt him - Lindquist falls to the canvas and Jurgen follows him into side control.

Jurgen lands a big elbow and you can see that really hurt Lindquist! Jurgen senses the opportunity and scores with more strikes - he's put Lindquist out! The ref tackles him out of the way to prevent him landing more strikes - this one is all over!
