Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Felipe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tj Lavin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Felipe might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ain't That A Kick In The Head. Tj Lavin is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mickey Felipe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Tj Lavin!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Felipe scores with a kick to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Felipe. Lavin does a little dance to reset his feet.
Lavin closes this distance looking for a takedown but Felipe circles away.
Felipe cracks Lavin with an open hand slap.
Felipe throws out a powerful jab.
A cross from Felipe lands.
Felipe looks for the body kick but Lavin saw that one coming.
Lavin shoots in looking for a takedown. Felipe tries to sprawl out of it but Lavin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Felipe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Felipe ducks under a wild hook from Lavin.

Felipe lands a jab to the head.
Felipe uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Lavin has time to react.
Lavin takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Felipe lands with a right hand.
Felipe cracks the inside of Lavin's front leg.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Felipe scores with a hook to the body. Lavin takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Lavin looks gassed!
Felipe moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Felipe throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Mickey Felipe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lavin gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Lavin on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Felipe dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lavin. That did some damage!
Nice body kick from Felipe.
Felipe cracks Lavin with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lavin looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Felipe finish him?
Lavin is rocked!
It looks like Tj Lavin has been cut.
Lavin wants to stay close but Felipe steps back to make room for something. Lavin seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Felipe and Lavin drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Mickey Felipe!
Mickey Felipe opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
