The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abu Jafar lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like Daniel Maplesden has been cut.
Abu Jafar keeps the fight on the outside.

Abu Jafar rushes Maplesden and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Abu Jafar prevents a takedown attempt there.

Abu Jafar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Abu Jafar darts in and clinches Maplesden up against the cage.
Abu Jafar lands a body punch in the clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Abu Jafar breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Maplesden get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Maplesden stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Abu Jafar runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
