PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fat Pat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dalton Sweeney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pat has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sweeney fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Sweeney tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pat sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sweeney somewhat.
Pat slaps away a takedown attempt from Sweeney, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Fat Pat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dalton Sweeney.
Pat sizes up Sweeney with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Pat misses with a series of wild punches.

Sweeney throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Pat tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Sweeney is in Pat's guard.

Sweeney winds up and cracks Pat with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Pat knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sweeney on the ground.
Sweeney looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Pat with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Sweeney thows a huge punch but Pat dodges it nicely.

Sweeney is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pat is just riding it out for now. Sweeney eventually gives up the hold.

Sweeney is taking a breather. Pat says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Sweeney is trying to control the action in half guard but Pat is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
