Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bruno Winchester!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Puska!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Matheus Silva and Leandro Rodrigues.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Winchester gets caught flat footed, as Puska shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Puska sitting in guard here, content to control.
Winchester keeping moving, preventing Puska from controlling successfully.
Puska not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Mike Puska was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Puska feints and then cracks Winchester's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Winchester down.

Puska clinches up with Winchester and pushes him back against the cage.

Bruno Winchester seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Puska shoots in for a takedown but Winchester shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Puska uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Winchester.
Winchester lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Puska circles away quickly and effectively.

Puska shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Winchester on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Winchester tries to get out of the position.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mike Puska wasn't active enough on the ground.
Winchester tries to bum rush Puska with a series of wild strikes but Puska uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Winchester throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Puska shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Winchester but Winchester pushes him off and we're back to square one.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Puska counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

Puska is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Winchester's shoulder. That is not cool.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Winchester avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Puska.
Puska is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Mike Puska has got the better of the ground game so far.
Let's hope that Puska has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Puska looks to land a left hand but Winchester moved out of range nicely.

Puska throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Winchester.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Winchester swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Puska comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Winchester throws an overhand right that lands on Puska's shoulder, as Puska tries to avoid the shot.

Winchester moves forwards but Puska connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Mike Puska is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Puska pulls Winchester in close to prevent any damage.
Bruno Winchester has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Puska wants to sweep but no luck.
Winchester has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Puska manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well Puska has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
