Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Trace Eckies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Rizal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Trace Eckies! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jose Rizal! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eckies takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Eckies tries to clinch there but Rizal circles away.
Rizal fails in his attempt to clinch. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Eckies.
Eckies slips a jab and a cross from Rizal.
Rizal blocks a head kick by Eckies.
Rizal throws a jab but it's blocked by Eckies. Rizal throws a nice looking combination but Eckies bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Eckies tries to clinch up. Rizal sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Rizal scores with a jab to the body. Rizal swats away the attempt to clinch by Eckies. Eckies scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Rizal looks gassed! Eckies catches Rizal with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Eckies tries a head kick but it misses.
Nice shot lands for Eckies.
It looks like Jose Rizal has been cut. Eckies uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rizal has time to react. Eckies misses with a wild body shot. Eckies moves out of range of the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Rizal. Eckies does a little dance to reset his feet. Rizal scores with a decent looking hook. Eckies chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Eckies throws a right hand that misses
and Rizal cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Rizal misses with a two punch combination.
Eckies keeps the fight on the outside. Eckies listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Rizal is rocked! Eckies lands a nice looking kick to the body. Rizal takes a step back to recover. Rizal is still on wobbly legs! Can Eckies finish him? The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Eckies fakes the body blow, causing Rizal to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Rizal goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Trace Eckies!
