The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paz tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Paz.
Edwin misses with a takedown attempt

and Paz counters with a head kick that drops Edwin to the mat! Edwin scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Edwin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Paz connects with a solid leg kick.
Paz lands with a thumping leg kick.
Crunch! Paz slams his shin into Edwin's torso.
Edwin looks gassed!
Paz misses with a head kick.
Edwin gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Paz counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Paz looks at the referee who does nothing so Paz lands a crushing right that sends Edwin to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
