Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Furio Falcone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Del Angel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Falcone comes to the cage accompanied by Hatebreed - Live for this. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falcone connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Falcone is looking to clinch but Del Angel is avoiding it.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Falcone tries to get to full guard but Del Angel has control of the leg.
Del Angel is taking a breather. Falcone says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Diego Del Angel.

Del Angel wants the takedown. Falcone is fighting it off but Del Angel persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Falcone's guard against the cage.

Del Angel rushes Falcone and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Falcone comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Del Angel tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Falcone smiles and moves away.
Del Angel closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Del Angel content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Falcone wants to control but Del Angel is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Del Angel prevents Falcone from improving his position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Del Angel connects with a nice short shot to Falcone's temple.
Falcone is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Del Angel perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Furio Falcone dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Diego Del Angel's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Falcone's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Falcone duly obliges.
Falcone tries to clinch but Del Angel is having none of it.
Falcone pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Falcone rushes Del Angel and presses him up against the cage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Falcone knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Del Angel on the ground.

We're going to have a standup here because Furio Falcone wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Falcone leaves Del Angel with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

You can see the frustration on Falcone's face as Del Angel controls the position.

Del Angel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Falcone takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Falcone tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Del Angel avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Oooooh!!! Falcone has knocked Del Angel down with a huge combo! Falcone steps away and waves a wobbly Del Angel back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Del Angel is still on wobbly legs! Can Falcone finish him?
Falcone lands a nice leg kick that just misses Del Angel's sensitive parts.

Furio Falcone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Diego Del Angel.
Del Angel swats away the attempt to clinch by Falcone.

Falcone throws a quick inside leg kick.
Del Angel takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Falcone drops Del Angel with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Del Angel looks back up at him and smiles so Falcone waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Falcone connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Del Angel covering up! Falcone comes in with a big uppercut and Del Angel goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Furio Falcone!
