Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Gerry Rouge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teodoro Gohan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teodoro Gohan is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rouge tries to close the distance and clinch but Gohan swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Gohan looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Rouge shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gohan pinned against the cage. Gohan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Rouge is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Gohan pulls his head out easily.

Gohan thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Rouge's head.
Rouge is staying active underneath Gohan, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Gohan just misses with a elbow thrown towards Rouge's brow.

Rouge lands with a kick to the temple. Gohan shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Rouge escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gohan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Gohan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rouge. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gohan slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Rouge is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
