Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seymore Buttz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Ribeiro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buttz's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Eye Of The Tiger. Ribeiro has chosen Numéro 1 as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buttz misses with a hook. Ribeiro ducked under it nicely.
Ribeiro looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Buttz.
The fighters circle momentarily. Buttz darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Mike Ribeiro has been cut.
Ribeiro tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Buttz was well out of range. Poor timing from Ribeiro.
Buttz moves into range and connects with a jab.
Ribeiro walks into a stiff left hand from Buttz.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Buttz!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ribeiro keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Buttz lands with an overhand left.
Buttz cracks Ribeiro with a good jab.
Buttz fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Buttz cracks Ribeiro with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Buttz jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Ribeiro is rocked!

Buttz forces Ribeiro back against the cage and clinches.
Ribeiro is still on wobbly legs! Can Buttz finish him?

Buttz breaks the clinch.
Buttz finds Ribeiro's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Ribeiro flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Buttz lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Ribeiro will be OK.
