The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toyoku looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Svensson misses with a straight right.
Svensson misses with a wild body shot.
Svensson walks into a straight right hand from Toyoku.
Svensson scores with a hook.
Toyoku throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Svensson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Toyoku connects with a leg kick. Svensson looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Svensson lands the left hand.
Toyoku misses with the combination.
Svensson really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Toyoku moves out of range as Svensson strikes.
Toyoku displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Svensson throws out the jab.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Toyoku, right into the meat.
The fighters circle momentarily. Toyoku darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Svensson thows a body shot but no joy.
Toyoku throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Svensson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Toyoku on the side of the head.
Toyoku throws a series of punches but Svensson moves out of range.
Toyoku throws a right and a left that both miss.
Toyoku throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Toyoku takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Svensson throws a jab but it's blocked by Toyoku.
Toyoku thuds his right hand into Svensson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Svensson is rocked!
Svensson glances at the clock... BAM! Toyoku nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Svensson crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Svensson is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hideo Toyoku!
