Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Pendragon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Giliath Gotty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Sosuke Kotani and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gotty changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pendragon tries to avoid it but Gotty manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pendragon to the ground. Pendragon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Pendragon misses with a two punch combination.
Pendragon throws a right and a left that Gotty avoids nicely.
Pendragon misses with a wild combination.
Pendragon throws a series of punches but Gotty avoids them all with ease.
Gotty staying out of range there.
Pendragon looks to land a combination but Gotty avoids it well.
Pendragon tries to bum rush Gotty with a series of wild strikes but Gotty uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pendragon clobbers Gotty with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Pendragon.
Gotty uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pendragon.
Gotty takes one on the button.
Pendragon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Pendragon with a jab.
Pendragon throws a shot from downtown. Gotty moves away and avoids it.
Gotty moves out of range as Pendragon strikes.
Pendragon throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Pendragon looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Pendragon's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Pendragon duly obliges.
Pendragon scores with the left hand. Gotty knows he should have avoided that one.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nice sprawl there from Pendragon as Gotty shoots in.
Horrible takedown by Gotty or perhaps it was just good defense by Pendragon which made him look bad.
Mike Pendragon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Giliath Gotty.
Pendragon bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Gotty's head backwards.

Pendragon lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Pendragon throws a right hand that Gotty ducks under and follows up with a left that Gotty also avoids with ease.

Gotty shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Gotty is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Gotty throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Pendragon tries to kick Gotty off but Gotty keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pendragon keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Gotty takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Gotty missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Gotty seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Gotty is nestled in close to Pendragon, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

It looks like Mike Pendragon has been cut.

Gotty lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Pendragon! More strikes land and this one is all over! Gotty jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
