Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyle is looking to clinch but Gilbert is avoiding it.
Kyle lunges at Gilbert with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Gilbert's hand.

It looks like Wayne Gilbert has been cut.
Kyle tries to clinch up but Gilbert circles away and keeps his distance.
Gilbert fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Kyle checks it well.

Kyle sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Gilbert to the ground! Kyle dives into full mount looking to finish!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gilbert wants to control but Kyle is having none of it.
Kyle tries to control but Gilbert wriggling away.
Gilbert is trying desperately to improve position.
Gilbert tries to lock up and control but Kyle gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Kyle looking to control but Gilbert is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Gilbert is looking to get to half guard.

Kyle is looking to stand but Kyle has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
Gilbert flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Kyle trying to control but Gilbert is having none of it.

Gilbert can't escape the position.
Kyle wants to control the action but instead Gilbert gets a body lock and reverses into Kyle 's guard! Nice work!

Kyle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gilbert. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kyle wants to stand but Gilbert is controlling the position.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Kyle holds on and takes a little breather.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Gilbert's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Kyle is looking to stand up but Gilbert isn't so interested in that idea.
Gilbert wants to control from the top but Kyle keeps moving.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kyle utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Gilbert with a nice head shot there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Kyle fails in his attempt to clinch.
Kyle showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gilbert.
Gilbert swats away the attempt to clinch by Kyle .
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Kyle , right into the meat.
Kyle fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gilbert tries to clinch up but Kyle circles away and keeps his distance.
Gilbert moves forwards but Kyle connects with a nice, crisp jab.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Kyle breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Kyle feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Gilbert crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
