The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siciliano takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Asanovic swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Asanovic tries to land a front kick but Siciliano steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Asanovic throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Asanovic, right into the meat.
Siciliano lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Siciliano avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Asanovic lands a head kick. Siciliano smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Siciliano uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Asanovic.
Asanovic throws a series of punches but Siciliano avoids them all with ease.
Asanovic throws a looping overhand right but Siciliano ducks down to avoid it.
Asanovic tries to clinch but Siciliano moves away
and Siciliano counters with a straight right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Asanovic tries to land a leg kick but Siciliano saw it coming and moves away.
Asanovic thuds his shin into the meat of Siciliano's side.
Asanovic takes a swing at Siciliano's ribcage but misses.
Siciliano throws a head kick that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Siciliano throws a quick inside leg kick.
Siciliano with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Asanovic to score with a decent uppercut.
Asanovic throws a leg kick
and Siciliano counters with a three punch combo that has Asanovic backing up. Asanovic nods at Siciliano to acknowledge the strikes.
Asanovic is rocked!
Asanovic throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Siciliano takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Asanovic misses with a kick to the body.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Siciliano! Asanovic is out on his feet! Siciliano rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Asanovic is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Asanovic is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
