Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Willy Pete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz has chosen Kanye West- Amazing as his entrance music. Nick Diaz has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Pete lands a nice shot that snaps Diaz's head back.
Some bone on bone action there as Diaz checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Diaz gets a clinch.
Diaz jumps guard but Pete stands there with Diaz around his waist. Diaz gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Diaz tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pete just stands there and leans against the cage.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
